If any item you received is damaged, different, or not working upon receipt due to the quality of the product itself, please contact us for Return Material Authorization within 30 days of the order being received for a replacement or return, except for spare parts products. Please test spare parts products before installation. If any problems are found in the test phase, return and replacement can be carried out within one year. When the installation is done, after-sales services are not available anymore.

Our orders are shipped with various methods, and you can choose the preferred one before checking out. Besides you can also pick your products up from our warehouse and the shipment is free of charge.
